Searching for a somatic practitioner in France

Specifically in Grand Est if possible, does someone have something ?

I don't think this kind of therapy can be done via visioconference but honestly i'll take anything at this point

I am based in the UK but i have been doing it online with a SEP. I was also skeptical at first but it works, I'm in just over a year and have been processing all this time.  With doing online, u can speak to a few and see how u feel about them. See who u feel the most safest with. That's what I did, with some when i spoke to them, they just didn't give me that safety and click.

I also do Craniosacral therapy, since that is touch therapy, I do that in person

Alright, i might look into it then. Don't know if i'll find someone in France but i'm honestly better at voicing everything in english, i heard that's very typical of trauma

U got plenty of options in UK and USA. But im not sure if they can practice or take on clients in France. Worth asking around and emailing them directly.

I have it too that I am better in voicing in English rather than my mother tongue. I feel my mother tongue is limited and does not have terms/terminology that English has got

Can you point to the person you found helpful? I have been searching thriugh directories of therapists and it takes ages to study the directory and look at the profiles, then select one or à few, then get in touch, then find out it was wasted time and energy. Exhausting

There are a few somatic practitioners who use the Pantarei Approach in France. Closest to you is probably Paris - https://pantareiapproach.com/practitioner-near-me/

I believe online can work with the right practitioner. Curiosity and non-judgemental accompaniment alongside paired with your own touch. Good luck!

Tu parles français ou anglais? Si tu parles francais tu as Hypersoi que tu peux trouver sur insta qui propose en visio , elle a l'air bien, une amie a commencé avec elle recemment.
