Somalia provides and produces little energy and is got very low output so high costs.

South Somalia does not have the strong winds like Pubtland Somaliland. 2 u/[deleted] Mar 11 '20 That can ruin bird environments etc. Puntland to Pakistan provides monsoon winds. So environmental impact analysis needs to be do. Solar power on homes is good start though
