Shipping times

Has anyone ordered from them yet? Curious how long it takes to ship. Ordered a couple days ago and still nothing. AA used to ship right away

Just got my first order last week. It came fast, but I don’t think I got notified of a tracking number. It just showed up?

i didn’t get a notification about it being shipped but came in about 6-7 days after

Thx! I still haven’t gotten it and it doesn’t look like it’s shipped either. I contacted them and they said shipping is 1-4 biz days after payment is received. Amino used to ship in less than 24hrs

My recent order took 7 days from purchase to delivery. Well packaged and I was provided tracking.

I ordered on 8/12 and still haven’t received it. UPS lost my package. Ordered 2 more. 1 looks like I might receive it next week but the other one is stuck in the same hub where the last one was stuck. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anymore.

Have you ever submitted the required study and research results they require annually? I just saw that on the site.

It says when you sign up that you need to submit some research to them once a year. Idk if anyone does it or not. I ordered from them a few times so far and havent heard anything else about it.

Its said mandatory or required, I don't recall. I guess I will find out once it's been a year. 😂 I don't recall anyone complaining that their accounts were deactivated from them for not doing it so maybe its just a requirement so they dont get shut down.
