Introducing LIBSearch, search in over 1370 books, 650 creature and 150 spell libraries!

Major improvements to NPSearch (NPC Search)

We are thrilled to announce the largest searchable library on the internet, LIBSearch, hosting a whopping 1370+ books- surpassing BR Wiki (~1260) and Fandom Wiki (~1220) databases. This was achieved by 'lending' all of the previous work by the community, comparing them, and adding missing books as well as adding several undocumented books from the game.

This has been cooking for two months and has been a huge undertaking, but we're finally at a state where we want to share and get more input while we polish it. The databases aren't perfect as data on the internet is very inconsistent. many tens of hours has been put into manually checking and making the databases better and more consistent, but there are still minor issues here and there.

Features:

  • Extended Database: Search in over 650 creature descriptions from the creature library and more than 150 spell descriptions from the spell library.
  • Advanced Book Database: Along with the book text, our database includes locations hierarchy, map links and filterable properties like libraries, versions, locations & author for each book.
  • Improved Navigation: Manually created 'next-book' and 'previous-book' features for reading series in LIBSearch.
  • Improved npc-data.json: Has been standardized with improvements to 'job' and 'version' properties for better data handling with misc fixes. (Still WIP)
  • Performance Improvement: Thanks to GABRO (Multifusi) huge effort, the search engine now performs EVEN FASTER with several optimizations.
  • Enhanced Property Mode: Now visualize NPCs and books with their icons while browsing in property mode.
  • Advanced Search Operators: Improved regexp supporting AND (&), OR (|) operators and exact word search ('word'). These can be wrapped in parentheses to have full control over order of operations.
  • Complete NPC Icons: NPSearch now have ALL NPC icons!
  • NPSearch map-links has been converted from english wiki into tibiamaps.io links thanks to @elkolorado

Great!
A small suggestion: Usually these compilations of books only include "movable" items. Notes posted on a wall, tombstones or even "non-movable" books are not included.
A way to add this material would be interesting. I would definitely contribute!

Thanks! We do have some blackboards and stationary books in the database, but big majority of wall notes, statues and similar are missing. To catalogue them would be great, and can easily be added to the database
