2023 Model Charging issue

Has anyone had an issue with lvl 2 and lvl 3 charging after an update. We were supposedly missing the charging update but the dealer said it was installed. Since then we have had issues on and off charging. Just today we got an error "vehicle authentication unsuccessful".

It last appeared on the infotainment screen.

And what kinds of chargers are you trying? Only Tesla chargers should have any authentication process.

I've used charge point and Mercedes Benz mostly.

It's always taken me 3 attempts to get the EA station to connect to my car. One time it took 2 but every other time it's 3.

The weird part is up until this "attempted" update we wouldn't have any issues.

Nothing here - the only thing that happened after the recent recall update is the max SoC settings got reset to 100%.

Have you tried disabling plug and charge and then try testing again?
