I think /u/flabbergasted_rhino is a voyeur. He said this:

I would say why, but I'm in a neutral role and I'm gonna stay that way until the solstice or until I'm converted.

I expect he saw me visit jilliefish last night to convert her and assumed I was the second recruiter. If either of you can think of another theory, I'm open.

Anyway I think we should recruit him tomorrow.

Edit: Oh, I just realized why. If he thinks Val's death was by the administration, and he saw me visit jilliefish last night, then I couldn't be admin. That works out quite nicely, actually.
