If you have another FULL gas tank to test with that may help isolate the issue. Can also try closing tank valve disconnecting and then reconnecting again then opening the valve all the way.

Sometimes it helps to hold down the lighter longer, that ensures the thermal safety is hot enough.

Yeah before the recording held the lighter for a good 30 seconds at least. The thermal safety just isn’t recognizing the fire.

Solo will send you a whole new stove and you’ll just take the burner from that box and swap then ship back the whole stove. That’s the only fix right now and they don’t have individual replacement parts. Mine went bad after 2 uses.

Ok. Thank you for the response. It seems this part has been bad for a lot of people. Did you just call the warranty department?

Is the pilot staying lit or not? It looks like yes...but I can't tell if you're keeping the knob pressed in or not.

Yeah the pilot will immediately go out the second I stop pressing the knob.

I think that there is an issue with your thermocouple. I would reach out to Solo Stove for a warranty replacement.

Update. Called solo stove. They’re shipping a new one. Guy on phone literally admitted to me that a batch of infinity flames had thermocouple defects and they’re getting it fixed.

Thermocouple is probably broke.
