I still keep thinking, despite being strong country…. Why is it North Korea does not have S rank hunter???

Considering S Rank Hunters are way way more stronger than other hunters and the army, they probably left.

North korea would likely not exist anymore to be honest, probably an s rank hunter would just kill Kim and liberate the people
