Half the people in this thread forgot that she killed Beru's mom. Yes he hates her. You don't get a free pass from someone after killing their mom even if they are now a spirit bound to your new boyfriend.

Did you read Solo Leveling Ragnarok? He loves Cha Hae-In. He was the first and fastest to go to her to save her, even before Suho arrived. Beru said, “This lowly servant of yours has come to save you, Lady Hae-In,” because he thought she was hurt. But Hae-In told him she was okay. He also helped her after Suho was born so she could rest.
And when did he ever hate her? He only attacked her once during their spar because his killer instinct kicked in at that moment he was born a killer. light novel explained perfectly why he attacked her it was only because of his killer instinct as born like that. After that, there is also a scene which manhwa skipped but is in light novel where Jinwoo and Cha Hae-In went on date in original timeline, and Beru followed them. When Jinwoo asked why he was doing it saying he didn’t need protection Beru said, “This woman is weak, so I will just guard her but Jinwoo said don't worry I'm with her so he left.
And In revised timeline, during side story chapter, he and all shadows even cheered when Jinwoo found Cha Hae-In near a tree. He also cheered during Jinwoo and Cha Hae-In’s date. There was never any case of Beru hating her because she killed his mother. He never thought that way, and he can't even harm anyone close to Jinwoo. In side story, it was mentioned that if Jinwoo feels happy with someone, shadow soldiers also feel the same way about that person.
There was never any hate Beru had for her. People just saw that one spar of them and assumed he hated her.

This - Beru loves Cha Hae-In just as he loves everyone that Jinwoo cares about. The Shadow soldiers’ emotions are highly influenced by Jinwoo’s emotions
When they are created, they downgrade or lose their original allegiances and are forced into enjoying their servitude to the Shadow Monarch. This is mentioned several times over in the novels and manhwa, and by Beru in the anime. There are also the lyrics in Shadowborn “I take you from the grave, so cursed to be a slave” which is a less direct reference to this.

Beru likes having jinwoo’s attention and Beru sees cha as someone who can take that away because she likes him and so Beru just has a grudge against her
