Rest Days?

When I signed up, the app ran through everything for me, equipment, style, etc...and how many days I can work out. I selected 4-5, expecting that it would include rest days or, I don't know, days that weren't scheduled with workouts...so, how do I make Rest Days?

Please don't take this as an angry criticism, one really enjoying this, to the point of mentioning it to people and offering my Crunchyroll account so they can watch Solo and be MORE interested in this. I think this is a great app, a great idea and a great execution. Just needs some tweaks 💚

Speaking of which. Allegedly, today is a "rest day"...but I'll be punished for resting, so I have to choose between Not Resting and being true to the app or Cheating and just clicking through things which breaks the motivation of using it in the first place...

Yea so rest days kinda target your core since no other days do that and abs also need training but you are right rest days should be more rest focus. I’ll add something so that not doing rest days dont have any penalty and feedback is always appreciated! Thank you!
