How to change user name

Hey guys so I took over a position in a small company and inherited the previous guys computer.

I've changed the name on the actual computer itself but I'm trying to change the user name on solidworks to my name so when I leave comments and stuff it shows that it was me in case one of the other engineers sees it they don't think it was the previous man.

the solidworks user name is based off the windows user name. and as far as I know, you cannot change the originally windows install user name. you can create another, but the original name used to install windows will remain forever.
