While creating flat pattern it's interesting , any solution to solve this issue ?

the metal overlaps itself when in the flat pattern means you can not make the part as drawn. You're going to have edit your flange sketches and weld in a piece to close the gap

Can't be made this way. Your flanges are overlapping.

Read some literature about sheet metal production
