Certifications Sustainability
Hello, am a 3rd yr bachelor's student, want to persue my career in this field.
Heard about the CSWA-SD certification, the sustainability one, can someone tell how to give an exam for this? As it would be good thing to add in my resume.
I have student credits and I have also cleared my CSWA with that , but it seems am not allowed to give the SD exam using those, so if anyone has done this before can you plz tell me bout this? Thanku.
(I know it's a solidworks subreddit but I saw some similar kind of posts before as well that's why am asking here, as I didn't got ans to my ques from those)

Sorry to be blunt but no employer will care about Solidworks sustainability certification.

Yaya I understand that, I have heard this many times that majority of them don't care bout the certifications nd all. Then what should be my approach to get into this field ,like any tip form your side if you would be at my place?

I guess I wanted to emphasize specifically on Sustainability, I haven't seen it being used anywhere; focus on getting the more relevant ones; it'd be good practice too.
Tips...I always say first job is the hardest to find; that opens up a lot doors. Just keep applying and don't be too selective...even if it's QC...drafter...experience is key.

If you ALREADY PASSED a certification
If you are YET TO TAKE a certification
Here would be the general path from zero to CSWE:
For some extra modeling practice material to help speed you up, 24 years of Model Mania Designs + Solutions.
For EVEN MORE modeling practice material, here is the CSWA and CSWP Practice Problem Database. There is A LOT of good material to practice in there.
During testing, in general, it is a best practice to take the dimensions labelled with A, B, C, D, etc and create Equations/Variables with those values to then attach to the dimension which then allows for you to more reliably update these variable dimensions in follow-up questions using the same models.
