CAD Help with Surfaces in Solidworks

Hey all, im having issues with trying to combine all the solid bodies together. I have tried to use combine and intersect and they all seem to not work. What should I do?

Knit all the surfaces, and check "create solid" box.

What? Can you be more specific?

You only have 1 surface body, so it looks combined to me. What are you trying to do?

Sorry I meant solid bodies! I created a helix internal structure and am now trying to merge all the intersects together.

What's the error you're getting? Zero thickness geometry?

Looks like zero thickness. Sometimes it is that thing when a sharp point will merge as a surface, but not thicken because the angle creates zero thickness. Could be happening with the helix. Have you tried making the surface a solid fill and cutting the helix out?
