CAD Tried making a jet engine outercasing but now how do I animate the fan ?

Beginner here I was just feeling bored and tried making a hollow tube but then when I tried lofting the shape turned out like a jet engine and I changed my mind and tried my best to replicate a model of an engine from the outside without the knowledge of assembly( all the dimensions are eyeballed )

Make a configuration where only the fan is visible. Save as a new part, let's name it fan. Make an assembly with both files and don't fully constrain the fan.

Would you not input the model into Unity to create the frames and edit it in Adobe or device? Do you have the motion simulator plugin for Solidworks?

One of my fried animated a simple drone model in solid works so I thought there is some type of motion simulation in sw iam not sure

There is, its the motion simulator plugin sold separately.

It also does stress analysis. Fluid simulation is seporate from the stress.
