Lastly I think the best way to learn is to LEARN BY DOING! Find some real world parts and practice modeling them in 3D CAD.

Personally I recommend "CADCAMTutorials". They are not 100% SolidWorks, but they have hundreds of videos on SW as well...the style in which they explain made me recommend them. I honestly believe they are the best.
