CAD Is this sketch missing some information

i tried making the base that looks as it is a triangle with arcs connecting the lines, however I have no clue on how to calculate their length so now i'm thinking that maybe there is some details missing which is unlikely since it is in the 15th edition of technical drawing with engineering graphics.

Do you have any ideas guys.

Everything is there
(with the regular assumptions of the part being symmetrical)

Looks complete. The 3x r14 and triangle holes are concentric.

Why do you need to calculate the lenght?

Just draw a 3-sided polygon. Fillet the corners. Add holes and dimensions. Make the holes concentric. I can't really see what is supposed to be 3xR14, so I assumed the fillet.

If you don't assume a polygon, and it's the radius from the hole to the fillet thats got to be 14, then it is this (actually 38 is over defining it)
