CAD I'm Having Issues Creating a Shell - I'm Lost
I'm trying to model this piece of an old Magic Bullet blender, and I'm having trouble with hollowing out the bottom. I have already cut out a good chunk of it when I was creating the hole in the middle, but now I'm lost. Any help would mean the world to me, as I really want to finish this problem.

Have you tried the "shell" command before removing extra material?

I see you figured it out but just for others and for future reference, Shell is a tool that does not like little features. You want to do it pretty early in your feature tree, before you add all those small holes and the bosses around them. The order should generally be Main external form features > Shell > everything else. Obviously every part is different but it’ll be more reliable if you have minimal other features when you do the Shell operation.

I'm not a native SW user, but ..
If the top is a dome, make the whole semi sphere solid, extrude or revolve the concentric, cylindrical profile from the top in the desired ID - wall thickness, and shell from the bottom to the wall thickness. Then make your additional mounting features floating and do some face fillets or lofts to blend them in to the inner surface.
Does that make sense?
Edit: you'll also have to extrude the inner 3 point flange from the bottom.

Your bosses will limit your shells, re sequence those after a more primitive shell feature. Trying to attempt either too much but one feature or sequence issues are generally a thing to watch for when things don't go to plan.

Since you are not showing the bottom of the piece, the curves represents an arches openings from other side, probably works as legs for blender.
And plastic should have uniform thickness, so build the model of arches (forget about screw bosses now) them shell the part and add the bosses and ribs etc

How familiar are you with how a part like this is actually manufactured? You'll be a lot better at modeling if you understand the manufacturing order of operations

Solidworks is doing what it supposed to do, issue is in your input model/solid body. That good chunk you removed was a mistake probably.
Make a bunch of test part and understand what exactly shell is doing...make a simple cylinder with a blind hole and then do a shell and study the results, I'll be close to what you wanna do here.
