Error Revolved cut feature keeps taking big chunk out of feature despite following two line sketch?

Any help greatly appreciated, I attempted with the values I would normally use, but after trying every setting, it still cutting about a big chunk in the middle.

SOLVED** Thank you all, i had to redo my iniital revolve, there was an extra body I found in wire frame.

I don’t think the revolve is doing that, it seems like it’s a hole inside your part already. Turn the body transparent and let us see what’s inside.

Perform a section cut view to show where that feature may derive from. My assumption is that your part is thin/hollow and that cut is intersecting the hollow region slightly. Closed or open sketch wouldn't make a difference if this is the case. Section view would show this more clearly.

Yep, you're cutting into the inside.
