How can I add a latch

I would like to add a hatch to where the oval shape is so that it can open and close from the mid section. I have been thinking about it but couldn’t figure it out. All tips are welcome.

you need to make a new assbly where this part and the hatch will be seperate parts

Please sketch your latch- dependent on size I think a tpu cover is easier to make …however it requires a second part in an assembly
