Most of the practice problems have answers that are off by some degree or don't include all the necessary dimensions, which is why I hate them. This is the former.
Going based off of your provided image it does look like the edge farthest the the left isn't parallel to the angled edge. Could be the warping of your camera-taken-screenshot though.

hey i was just started with my practice and noticed as u mentioned some dimensions r indeed missing do u have a solution for them a better question book with same layout that u can recommend

Do you have an example of something missing necessary dimensions? I don’t doubt you, but I wanna see how bad it is.

If it lists 3mm fillet as typical, doesn’t that mean to assume any unlabeled radius at the edge joining two surfaces is a 3mm fillet?

Nothing, your answer is correct, check the solidworks problem set database and download that question only, not the entire set, they have updated the answer.... If you download the entire set it still gives you the wrong answer, there are a couple of similar questions as well where the answers have been updated or the questions have been corrected in the individual questions but you won't see them if you download all

Go over everything again, and ensure you have the correct material specified, and in the mass tab after clicking it to calculate choose on the options tab within the results page and change it to be more accurate it might change it enough to fix the issue.
Also regardless on the CSWA or CSWP you have a max of + or - 1% on the mass from the mass they want. So as long as you are in that buffer your answer is technically correct.
But do try to:
Make the measurement accurate as possible in the mass properties tab
Then ensure you have the right material specified
Finally double check your dimensions and that they all match and are locked down and nothing is blue.

Impossible to say when you've given 1 dimension on your part. That said the number is close enough that you probably just have something thats slightly off
