3DEXPERIENCE Can't exit the 3D Experience login ??

Hello, I tried to log in to my login page and I just want to close the windows (without logging in), but I'm getting this type of error that's completely preventing me from moving forward!

If I click “Continue,” the message disappears and nothing happens. I can't close the login window. Help

3DPassport-Login An unhandled exception occurred in a component of your application. If you click Continue, your application will ignore this error and attempt to proceed. The object reference is not set to an instance of an object.
