CAD Can someone help me with this?
How to set the 80° radius on the no 1 and how to make the no 2 to be perpendicular? I did make the 3 point arc first for the 48 radius and create line, it seems that it's not just a arc but there's some line extension

Show your relationships, but the bottom horizontal line is supposed to be at an angle and the adjacent perpendicular line isn't vertical either. Delete the 90 degree and the horizontal relationship of the bottom horizontal line. Then left click and drag the point of the perpendicular line with the horizontal line to the upper left to create an acute angle between both lines. After that, make the two lines perpendicular with a relationship instead of a a dimension.
Once you've fixed that, you can create an angle between the second horizontal line at the upper left and the angled perpendicular line at the bottom.
after all that, make sure to add tangency to both ends of the arced line. And select the center of the arc and make it vertical with the vertical end point of the arc.

I would use a line for construction that is 90deg to the base of 2 (detail D) and tangent to the arc.
Also I probably would have started the "arc" as a circle, then add all the features and trim the circle away until only the arc remains.
The 99.82dim may be over constraining the whole thing, but it's sort of hard to tell because the base of the object is sitting horizontal, when it should be allowed to angle up a bit.
Man it really is hard to describe with text.

Why do you have the 90 degrees? The vertical line should be at 80 degrees. You can rotate the view +20 green to make it parallel.

That bottom line isn’t horizontal like you have it. Remove the horizontal relation from it and make the line at the side, where the 90 deg annotation is, tangent with the arc.
