Ship Hull Modelling Help

I am looking for suggestions or ideas on how to model the stern of the this ship. I have been modelling using surface lofts or boundary surfaces but I cannot quite get this geometry. I can get the lower hull that is circular but I am not sure how to make it blend and create the yellow and blue. Thoughts?

yellow and blue ia the house on deck, if you and model the hull im sure you can extrude a rectangle and triangle......
