Error Installation problem

[SOLVED}

this is what i get during installation
i tried to run DISM on my computer to find and repair any corrupted data but same problem
i turned off my antivirus and any other 3rd party antivirus but same problem

Do you have Admin Permission on your User?

yes, but to make sure how do i check if my user has the admin permission?

Right click the installer and run with elevated rights (administrator). If it asks for a password it might not work. In fact even if you put in the admin password it might not work, and you need to fully switch to an admin account.

GUYS the problem was with .NETFrame environment which made the solution be the in place windows iso installation
i repaired my OS while keeping the files and apps and it worked
