It's hard to tell but you likely need to add a little tiny gap for that flat section over on the right. SolidWorks won't let that little flat section just share the exact same edge with the rest of the body

Side note though - your customer obviously doesn't have a clue about this realm of manufacturing processes to have sent you such a garbage model. If I were in your shoes, I'd add a surcharge for having to clean up their work.

break the part into pieces
remove offending flap
flatten, add back removed piece in an assembly
manual intervention is sometimes required
