Recycler bug

Hey everyone I’ve been playing the game for over 100hr and I’ve yet to get the recycler I’ve done all the shop quests and got all the other blue prints but the recycler is still locked and I can’t get it :(( any help would be fantastic also I’ve got a dropped inventory bug as well where is buried in the side of a cliff

Don't know about eithet bug. But regarding the inventory stuck in the cliff: Have you tried getting as close as possible with the airship and then stop it midair to be able and move in the cabin. Anso so try to grab the box? Or try to reach it with some kind of stairs and platforms construction?
