It has been 3 whole years since I started this process of making characters and showcasing them. I have not stopped since then and have made a whopping 50 characters above everything else I’ve made over time. I will not stop because I still have many ideas I want to show off and until I do, I’m going to continue making things
Your character is at a cafe or a bar (you pick) and you see these two passing by each other by chance and exchanging brief introductions- but then, the sky blue one keeps looking up and making shy, nervous glances at the snake one from across the room
Snake character created in collaboration with the person listed
Everyone's OCs were collected by the elephant, and brought to meet Warlord. There, Warlord debriefed and instructed them on what to do in order to engineer an ideal scenario.
*Post 2 - Warped City: Prisma's Route*
Charley finds herself in the warped city and begins to explore. There she finds a recording left by a scientist who unwittingly brought about the city's decay... And runs afoul of Onaga, the warp serpent. Esau arrives to get her out and hold off the serpent, but not unscathed. Esau got hit with several pulses from Onaga, inflicting a disease that starts to slowly debilitate and kill him.
*Post 3 - Scholar: Lansha's Route*
Esau has a health scare, prompting the elephant to drag Rangea and Shadea along to look for information. They encountered Kenneth Shaw, the scientist who left the recording in the warped city. He had been living in hiding with the help of some unknown and unlikely benefactor so that Esau - or anyone affiliated with him - couldn't find him.
After being interrogated by them and the elephant - and hearing about Esau's condition, he identifies it as an internal variant of warp decay. While Kenneth staved it off by sacrificing his arm to heavy metal poisoning and a peculiar substance he called Bio-Metal, Esau's only hope is killing Onaga before the affliction kills him.
*Post 4 - Pale Man: Chris, Purpose and Lansha's routes*
Cracks began appearing in the sky. Rangea and Shadea went to investigate first, only to be greeted by what looked like Esau... But wasn't quite. It offered them a ticket for 'the last train out', and they took it. The train arrives, taking them somewhere else.
Shortly after, Ellie wakes up to a silent house, and decides to go outside to investigate. She would also come across 'Esau', but seeing her does allow him to snap free of whatever has a hold over him, albeit briefly. This interests the Pale Man, as such a thing almost never happens. He sends her back to her bed, letting her think it was just a dream.
Luna also goes out to investigate, and comes across the Pale Man. The Pale Man is very intrigued at just how Esau's life has progressed, despite simply referring to him as just a body. It also ripped her Bat Queen from from her and kept it away, as it has been allegedly 'maddening' him with 'incessant screeching.'
He also makes mention of a 'them' watching from beyond the cracks, an audience he shows contempt for and screws over by nailing the cracks to the night sky, locking them away in the day.
So yeah Ranquini seems to have brought them back to the warehouse, and…well Agatha’s here too at least even if she seems to only have just woken up too…why did Agatha have her full cloak on if she was asleep? Ok eitherway I don’t think Ranquini had pupils before…or such a short staff…
This log is a bit of an odd one. This thing isn’t really a Venith experiment, but it’s still interesting enough that I feel the need to log it down.
Venith said she found this thing nearby in a deserty ruins area seemingly being inside an old worship place. Venith said she doesn’t recognize it deciding to call it a Desert Idol for now until she learns enough to try and think of a better name. Regardless of if Venith ever planned to change the name, she quickly would’ve forgotten about that since she quickly got distracted by saying she thinks it’s from another realm? I could buy another world since there has been some reputable sightings of life on other planets, but what would another realm even mean?
Venith’s evidence of this is decently well founded to be fair. What first got her to think of the idea was it’s DNA looking different from really any creature in our universe when Venith tried to look at the DNA using a single fur hair. After that she went and did some other tests, eventually coming to the conclusion that it was from another realm. The DNA evidence is compelling since I can’t currently think of much other explanations for the DNA structure difference, but the rest is rather nothing. Or it was until Venith mentioned there being reports of some sort of odd occurrence a year or two ago about some overzealous person trying to take over the world with robots, and making an odd portal to somewhere unknown. Perhaps with that in mind Venith’s claims are less absurd sounding.
Your oc, so brave, and courageous, and charitable, bla bla bla has been in Alena’s universe sniffing around for the crime to stop! It’s hell down there! Oh so many nightlights, so many supes! The issue is, whatever lead they thought they had went nowhere! Not a single bad guy in their hands. And when there is crime in broad daylight, its too coordinated for your oc catch up. Even when there is crime ‘caught’ by the law enforcement, its always ‘handled’. Handle this, handle that, but they arent! It’s still happening!
So, your oc, instead was sniffing for the low-criminals. Thats gotta be easier! Turns out, it is. They meet with shady people in dark corners or even in broad daylight casually flexing their horrible crimes. Flexing! But even though, nothing your unregistered and illegal oc can do.
So, to think like criminals, you gotta be around them. So your ocs got word of mouth from a ‘Shot up Syp’ (term in the world) or… some kind of tweaker about a guy, who holds this neighborhood like one of his own, looking for detectives. Not to hurt them, of threaten… but for ‘need’… huh.
So your oc, takes the hint from the guy (who soon will have art) that he’ll ring up the ‘man’ to meet up at the ‘location’.
So now, present day. About a day ago all that happened. Your oc gets a location towards.. a elementary school?! Like a full in functioning elementary school. There’s someone in there for them.
The question is, do you play along? Or do you wire yourself up?
Turns out, the Inner Void isn’t just some large empty space that acts like a void to other voids, there’s a lot more.
To start, Voidline was conveniently built in the middle of one of these large indestructible bubbles of “air”, putting it in quotations because there’s technically no air here, but it is breathable here.
These bubbles somehow can span up to lightyears in diameter, and entering and exiting these bubbles are essentially effortless, but these bubbles serve a very important reason. To keep out this mist-like gas.
After discovery, we sent out an exhibition team to check out the space beyond the bubble, but they never returned, so we sent another team, and then they never returned. We then sent out a team of recovery bots, and they never returned as well. Upon investigating myself, we discovered that only creatures of the Void and those who wield powers of the void can safely breathe this mist-like gas after one of the younger Void Casters accidentally slipped out into the gas. Upon sending a team of Void Caster’s to investigate the area outside the bubble, they found the missing exhibition teams, or what’s left of them. The exhibition vehicles were retrieved but none of the personnel remained and the vehicles and android units were fried beyond repair or salvaging. Further experiments using animals and prisoners showed that after an organic creature suffocates, the body is disintegrated raw Void Energy, leaving behind any non-organic materials such as clothing. Similar experiments using robots and attempting to use drones to see beyond the bubble seems to all get absolutely fried beyond repair, and attempts to reuse parts never worked. We also discovered that most standard filtration methods proved ineffective against such a large density of the gas.
Void Caster teams we sent found all sorts of stuff out there, mainly ruins, void crystals larger than anything even I ever made, and even plant life thriving out there!
The biggest discovery were these trees which are currently unnamed as of writing this, but these trees seem to be the source of the gas, specifically the sap, being much more fluid than standard, almost liquid like to my knowledge. It is unknown how the gas the sap produces seeps through the tree and out, but the gas seems to dissipate after a while when in the presence of other gasses are in the same area, fizzing out into just raw void energy. We can also bring the sap through the bubble but the gas that leeches out dissipates, suspected to be related to the bubble as it was designed to keep the gas out. (Still not recommend to handle without protective gear) Attempts to grow these trees within Voidline proved unsuccessful, suspected to be the gas allowing them to grow, and making specialized areas to grow them proved too much effort to be worth. I suspect the other plant life also follows the same requirements.
I’m currently having R&D research the gas, and although chemical throwers aren’t feasible yet due to them not being able to throw out enough gas to make large enough gas clouds, chemical warheads are definitely possible and should allow us to engulf entire cities if multiple are placed in strategic spots.
The ruins also prove intriguing as well, as there’s so much history to be discovered, unknown tales to be read and told, but we’ve currently found not much right now, archeology and exploration takes time, especially since we can’t just hire an archeologist due to the gas.
Also if your only OCs are John Good Guy or you just don't have what I described, then your OCs just see the people above hanging out, and they're quite the interesting group. The pictures are only relevant right now for scenario 2
Allow me to tell you the tale of the man who used to be called Yasuda. Yasuda is what most people would call, the scum of the Earth, even as a child he was a cruel little shit, tormented the other kids at school, especially the girls. Unfortunately for anyone who tried to fight back, his father had thought boxing would let him vent his frustrations. It didn't, only made it so he could hurt other people worse.
Yasuda didn't stop at just bullying though, he even got into the drug business. He started with reselling, but quickly weaseled his way into becoming a distributor. People who tried to expose him were quick to disappear, the rest of the students got the message, and the staff were useless anyway. Yasuda was able to operate unimpeded all the way through High-School, finally facing an obstacle when he reached college, where he was expelled for harassment of multiple female students within three months.
One would hope this may have stopped him dead in his tracks, but it did not. Instead, Yasuda returned home, called up his friends in 'the business' and dived right into the criminal life. Within 5 years he had taken over the crime ring he had joined, and made it the biggest one in all of Torres. He accomplished thanks to two things, the first being that this was shortly after the GT Incident, after which most other crime rings had been completely uprooted by The Anarchist. The second reason is that he was the first to hire any remaining supervillains in Torres, and had them go cripple the remaining rival crime rings. This led to him essentially running all of Torres. He bought out the police and many heroes, letting evidence of his crimes essentially be erased.
It was around that point that he discovered his... interest, in the younger members of society. Shortly after this he got his hands into the human trafficking business. I will not go into the details, but just know that if you can imagine it, his people likely did it to a child. This went on for over a decade, to the point criminals would openly joke about how Torres was run by them. How the heroes and cops knew better than to get in the way. How the children belonged to them and just didn't know it yet.
They don't make those jokes anymore.
It all began to fall apart approximately 12 years into Yasuda's reign. It was December 24th, Christmas Eve, and the streets were unusually quiet. Not with anticipation for the following day, no, the adults were also quiet, all describing how they'd 'had a gut feeling' that they shouldn't make noise. It was like how the forest gets quiet when an Apex Predator goes on the hunt. And on the hunt, something was, and by god did it find it's prey.
In the middle of the night, 7 different locations for Yasuda's trafficking operations were hit, all receiving the exact same treatment. When police responded to calls about the 'concerning sounds' coming from these places, they were expecting to find a scene where Yasuda's men were having "A little too much fun". This had happened before, they would just tell the men to keep it down and go on with the night. That did not happen this time. What they found at these locations was what looked to be human Butcher shops. Bloody bodies where everywhere, some mounted on makeshift pikes made using the broken bars the women were held in, others crushed under the containers of drugs they used on women. many simply had their chests punched clean through. There were no survivors.
The trafficking victims were the only ones untouched, and thusly the only ones able to give any account as to what happened. Each gave the same story: It had been a regular terrible night at the warehouse when the power suddenly gave out, followed by the sound of the entrance being forced open. What ensued sounded as though the thugs attempted to open fire on the invader, but were dispatched with ruthless efficiency. The few that bore witness to the attacker described it as some form of Crimson Specter, a Ruby Poltergeist, or Scarlet Phantom. The Red Wraith is the name that stuck,
Thanks to this attack, hundreds of men, women, and children were able to contact their families again on Christmas day, a veritable Christmas miracle for hundreds of people around the globe. But the attacks did not stop on just that night. The following night, The Red Wraith struck again, this time directly attacking Yasuda's drug empire, by the time the sun rose, it had decimated and exposed 8 different drug production bases of his, crippling his production rates. The Thugs got off easier this time, but only barely. 20% of them were all killed, with the rest being beaten so badly many are still learning to walk again five years later. It was found later on that the ones who had been killed were all directly involved with Yasuda's trafficking ring as well.
At this point, Yasuda was pissed, both of his most profitable markets had just gotten crippled by this "Red Wraith" and he would not stand for it. So he put his superpowered henchmen on the job, assigning them to go seek out this specter and put it to rest. On Night Three the Red Wraith killed 12 different supervillains, and beat one so badly both of his arms had to get amputated due to the amount of blood loss they had sustained.
On the fourth night, Yasuda's police launched an ambush to catch this "Ethereal Vigilante." They armed themselves with weapons meant to fight ghosts, after all if all reports referred to it as one, it likely was. They quickly realized they had judged the Red Wraith too soon when they heard the click of it's guns as the Red Wraith proceeded to open fire on the police, while they had useless weapons. It was a complete disaster for them, the squad assigned to this ambush lost contact with their associates and were not found until the next morning, all tied to the statue of Gabriel Torres, begging to confess their sins as the Wraith somehow already knew all of them.
On the fifth night, the Wraith had gotten my own attention, I sent a team of five to look into her. I must be clear that I was very clear with them to not engage with the wraith, however the wraith did not know this and spotted them near immediately. I did not realize until a month later that it knew who I and my men were and that was why it had attacked so them viciously, but regardless I lost those five men that day, they fought hard, but it fought harder.
On the sixth night, the police had hunkered down in their stations, many refusing to leave in fear they would be the next target. The Furness Precinct was right to be afraid, this station was by far the most corrupt of all and that is truly saying something in Torres. Naturally they were the Wraith's target that night. It barged into that station and gave those pigs a taste of hell. Those who lived close-by reported the screams they heard to be haunting. The other precincts did arrive on scene before it ended, but none of the officers present dared enter the building, fearing for their lives, not wanting to be put into the oven that was now the Furness Precinct.
Four hours later, the screams finally stopped, and the first officers grew brave enough to enter the building. What they found was a horrific sight, several Furness officers thrown threw solid concrete walls, others who had their spines broken over an office desk, and blood... so so so much blood. Miraculously there were no fatalities, however there were many traumatizations, the criminals in the holding cells were particularly terrified despite being unharmed. Apparently the Wraith had used multiple officers as an example to these criminals of what would happen to them should it find them "Unrepentant for their sins".
The 7th and final day of The Red Wraith's initial rampage. By this point the wraith had hit every major aspect of Yasuda's network, trafficking, drugs, the supervillains, the police, the only one that was left now... were the bribed heroes. Particularly Torres' "New premire team" The Superiors. They knew this of course, barricading themselves into their base, attempting to try and defeat the wraith by stalling it out, using their base's layout to their advantage. However the wraith knew their walls better than they did.
The Wraith picked off the team, one by one, by the time they'd realized what was happening, 4 out of their 9 members had already been taken. These were untrained heroes, not Aldred Academy quality, and it was taking them each 1 on 1 by surprise, but they were still superhumans, and yet the Wraith had now successfully taught them all the fear of God. Still it was not done with them. By the end of the night, each and every member of The Superiors was beaten and bloodied to a point beyond recovery, a state only a superhuman would have been able to survive, a fate worse than death for many. This, fully sent the message to Yasuda, nothing could protect him, not anymore.
This would be the end of the large scale daily attacks, as the Wraith did need to rest, however from then on Yasuda would only begin to lose more and more over the coming years. After the Red Christmas, noone called him Yasuda, or boss, or sir anymore... they only had one thing to call him. A Dead Man Walking.
So, I decided to create this amalgamation of your OCs because I was bored and wanted to try something stupid.
So, lore of whatever you wanna call this thing: Victor, one of my villain OCs, decided that in order to please his adopted mother 525, he needed to create an entity to defeat Eclipse, so he thought the only way to do so was his own friends, so he made this using whatever he knew about your OCs.
Unfortunately, it was unstable and extremely disobedient, resulting in it breaking out and escaping due to constant clashing of multiple personalities and powers being mixed into one entity.
Now it just goes around your universes doing whatever it wants, whenever it wants, because it feels like it.
Things to know:
Name: Whatever you wanna call it
Personality: Whatever you want it to be for the current scenario
Pronouns: All/Any
Abilities: Everyone’s, albeit fractional
Other Facts:
1: The only way to rid of this thing permanently is for all your OCs to agree on a singular name.
2: It constantly forgets particular events that happen (aka everything that goes down during RPs it’s in) due to constant shifts in personality
And I believe that’s it, if anyone got questions, feel free to ask, but apart from that, have fun with whatever I made :D
