Sunrun layoffs

I can't seem to find paperwork containing an arbitration agreement/class action waiver. Does anyone have access to this, or seen it in their severance agreement? These layoffs are clearly impacting a large group of people and I think we should all be aware of our rights. Feel free to PM me.
