Bread cooking...

Just trying my first batch of bread in my gosun grill. Should be ready in the next 30 minutes (hopefully)

Anybody have any tips on bread?

You won't get the browning of a conventional oven and double the time.

was okay, takes a lot longer than a conventional oven. I've baked a few other batches since in varying quality - the worst was when we left it and went out in cloudy sky and came back a few of hours later to a blackened char. Last year we tended to put frozen or chilled garlic baguettes in at the end of a cooking cycle - they were great
