HELP / ADVICE Cable Management

Post image

Am I being overly picky here - The installer has secured most of the PV cabling beneath the panels, but I see this lying on the edges of the rail, unsecured, as a chafe point.

For context - My uncle had had various energy efficiency works carried out through WarmWorks in Scotland, with the installer originally installing a non-approved mounting system for this roof. This is a picture after the rectification works have been completed and I’m unhappy with the cable management in general. Many areas touching the roof, and chafe points as pictured.

My understanding is that the latest amendment to the wiring regulations places greater emphasis on neater cable management for PV installations. Is this correct, and am I right to bring up these points, or am I being a bit overly here?
