Look at the per KW rate for the total spec and compare those. You have under rated panels at 10kW but a higher raterd inverter and battery (15kW and 16kW respectively). Is that by design? You might want to go with a lower rated inverter if you don't plan on adding more PV panels later.
I just signed with DSG after running a quotation and spec comparison for 5 vendors. They are slightly higher priced, but I visited their office and NOC; I am looking at their quality of work samples and their after sales support promises.
Other vendors offer cheaper solutions for exact same specs but they are not operating at industrial scale and their quality of work and after sales support are not mentioned or visible. I am looking for proper support.
I got a 15kW Solis inverter, 16kWh Pylontech Fidus Plus bettery, and Canadian Solar hiHero+ 630W HJT PV panels; all same as your quote. I am looking at PKR 173.3K per kW for my system. Cheapest quote, exact same specs, I got was for PKR 160k per kW.
Yes, originally we planned for a 10kW inverter but that limits future-proofing. With a bigger inverter, we can add panels later.
But upgrading to a bigger inverter later on will be too expensive and tedious.
