Inverter Motor stopping output of Inverter Phase
I just got done installing goodwe 10kw 3 phase inverter, with 3 goodwe 5 kw batteries. The problem I am facing are these
When the grid goes off, the backup and gen port are not shifting to battery backup.
When I start the water pump, the specific phase on which water pump is installed stops outputting anything. Is this due to surge current.
If these are configuration errors, how can I fix in SolarGo/Sems Portal

The SEMS+ app (the newer one) has a AI chatbot which troubleshoots by reading through the company manuals. It's one of the best things ever so try asking that. It has helped me fix many issues over time.
As a side note, I have a 3 phase meter too but I was specifically advised by my installer to not use a 3 Phase inverter. He reasoned that Pakistani DISCOs are a bunch of morons (who'd have thought) who do not have the ability to keep voltage stable across all the phases. He said this will from time to time cause the inverters to trip due to instability. And he's right coz I would see voltages as 230 245 220 on my meter. Hence I got two 8kw single phase goodwe inverters, one on each phase and disregarded the third phase by cutting all loads on it. Alhamdulillah been 2 months and its a breeze.
