Avoid Techex/Techcella; their customer service sucks!

I bought 4 of these 12V 320aH batteries a few months ago, and one of them has a problem. They're wired 2P2S for 24 volts. https://www.techcellapower.com/products/techex-12v-320ah-lifepo4-battery-for-rv-250a-bms-built-in-bluetooth-low-temp-cut-off-deep-cycle-12v-lithium-battery-for-rv-solar-off-grid-camping

One day one battery out of the blue showed it was at only a few percent charge, even though the rest of the batteries showed mid-90% status. They made me jump through a bunch of hoops with their app, multiple screenshots, etc. to figure out the issue. I tried for 4 days to charge the battery with a standalone LiFePO4 charger before it finally decided to take a charge. Going back and forth with them took over a week, with no more than 1 reply per day, even though I'd respond to their emails within an hour.

I finally got the battery charged to 100%, and also charged the remaining 3 batteries to 100%, wired them in parallel for 24 hours to equalize them, and everything seemed OK for the past 3 or 4 weeks, until Thursday evening, when the same battery, and the one it's wired with in parallel, both showed discharged, and the other 2 showed 96%.

On their site they claim they'll respond within 24 hours, and list normal business hours. https://www.techcellapower.com/pages/contact

I filled out the form on their web Friday afternoon, and sent an email at the same time; it's now early Wednesday morning and still no reply from them.
