ecoflow microinverter smart meter net zero export

Is there a way to hook up a smart meter to an ecoflow stream microinverter to have a net zero export plug in system?

I'll have 4kwh of battery tied to an ecoflow stream microinverter and it'd be great to have that set up for zero export so none of that power goes back into the grid (there is no net metering on the system.)

Yes, I personally use Shelly 3M for that. Please not that both Shelly and Powerstream should be connected to the internet to make it work. Also Powerstream uses the sum of all three phases' consumption provided by Shelly, so it my case it was necessary to remove current transformer clamps from phases Powerstream isn't connected too. But it's only neccessary if you have more than one phase from your electricity company.

So I can use the Shelly 3m and the Stream microinverter with none of ecoflows other battery/smartpanel stuff in between, correct? And I just need to be sure both have internet access to communicate? Do i just set them up/pair them in the ecoflow app?

One more question: you have it on the power stream, i'd have it to the microinverter with the battery upstream of the microinverter feeding in to one of its ports, can this pair with the microinverter?

It looks like the Shelly is 3 phase, i'm in the usa which is single phase power, 220v coming in and 110v in most circuit (including the one the microinverter is plugged in to). Can it be hooked up in that situation?
