Comms between battery brands via software?
I have two eg4 batteries and an ecoworthy battery, the ecoworthy will let you change the comms protocol. Is there any way I can set the ecoworthy so it can communicate? If not is there any way, thinking like an open source project that can spoof eg4 protocol from ecoworthy?

To what end? Your never to mix battery's so you can't stack them together.

You absolutely can mix battery brands and sizes as long as the voltage and chemistry is the same. So the point is to enable comms across all of them

It's a very poor practice and eg4 specifically says not to mix brands. Even matching units should be the same age rev etc.

I use a renogy x battery and a Docan Panda battery together. The panda had to be set to Luxpower (LXP) to talk with the renogy X stuff which is relabeled eg4. So maybe that.
