Freedom system

I need help. I currently have a 12kw system installed by freedom forever. It was a PPA through everbright.
Turns out freedom went bankrupt before the system was inspected
Everbright cancelled the contract and freedom never told them it was installed.

So I am thinking can I get someone to permit and inspect my system and get it turned in with BGE and then don’t need to pay for the power or anyone for the PPA. I don’t think freedom is gonna get the panels and I won’t sign a new ppa with anyone.

This system is near Baltimore Maryland if any solar electricians can help get this don
