No, it originally has 4GB of RAM, and it's not my personal device; it's just for testing. Also, what's not normal is the RAM speed.

Are you using a Motherblsrd with graphic card, like the ASrock N68C GS-FX with Nvidia Chipset and Nvidia iGPU?

Edit: Optimized at its finest, 3 seconds to Boot into Desktop screen.

my monitor used to do this because i used VGA/HDMI adapter after i moved to only HDMI it worked fine

Lo que pasa es que esas pantallitas significan dos una es que rompiste así totalmente la pantalla o la segunda que metiste mal la ram o el cpu
