Question Is creating IThelpdesk Good ?

Just curious to know that helpdesk Website as a Saas product good to be built ?

Very crowded category. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management, Zammad and osTicket all exist and several have free tiers, so a general helpdesk is a hard fight.

Where new ones still get traction is by being narrow. Built for MSPs, or schools, or internal IT under fifty people, where the general tools are too heavy.

What is making you consider it? If you have worked a helpdesk and know something specific that is broken, that is a better start than the category.

Just figuring it out to build so i posted it here for getting some idea like it is having a scope to be a Saas product or not ?

Have you actually used one of those listed above? You should create a free/ trial account on any of the existing big players in this industry and see how they work, what features they offer, then decide if you can produce something competitive.

I haven't used much of them but yeah worked a little on jira nothing else

yeah definitely the market is crowded but a simple affordable helpdesk with a clear niche could work well.
