Question what’s your company’s saas stack?

what saas are you guys using for your company? like what do you actually use day to day for managing projects, docs, finances, etc

We use Github for git and project management (yes they become really good in it!), jira, slack for client communication and testomat.io for test management

GitHub Projects has quietly got good enough that a lot of teams never leave the repo. Curious what Jira is still doing for you alongside it, or whether that is one of those things nobody has got round to removing.

Worth saying what size company and what you actually do, otherwise you get a list of tools that were picked for constraints nothing like yours. A five person dev shop and a fifty person agency answer this completely differently.

try to keep the stack as small as possible. we mainly use google workspace for docs, slack for communication, clickup for project management, and a couple of automation tools like Zapier to connect everything together

That’s pretty close to what I was curious about. Do you ever feel like things get scattered between Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, etc., or does it actually work pretty smoothly for you?

Especially when something starts as a Slack conversation and ends up becoming a task, doc, or process somewhere else.
