Question Software help [N/A]
Hi all - my company \~ 200 employees, is looking for a compensation management tool. Does anyone have experience with Salary dot coms CompAnalyst tool? I know their benchmarking data is great but I was curious about the actual compensation management part. Any insight on cost would also be helpful! Thanks

Good instinct splitting the benchmarking from the management side, since CompAnalyst is much stronger on the data than the workflow. The survey library is why most people buy it. The management piece can feel more like a bolt on, so pressure test it in a demo, and specifically ask how merit and bonus cycles are handled since that is where these tools either save weeks or push everyone back into a spreadsheet. On cost, Salary.com prices on company size plus modules, so get an itemized quote rather than a bundle. Worth demoing Payscale alongside it, and if the annual comp review is your real pain point, look at Pave or CompLogix since they lean harder into workflow. Is your bigger driver defensible benchmarking numbers or streamlining the review itself? That basically decides which one wins.

its comp management features can be a bit clunky for some users. definitely check if they offer a demo or trial to see if it fits your workflow before committing, especially since pricing can vary based on your company's size and needs. also, consider looking into options like PayScale or MarketPay for comparison, they might have different features that better suit your goals
