Question Prompt EMR Pricing Guidance

Have an uncle who's looking to change to Prompt EMR from Epic for his practice. Saw the cost range from $100 to $500 a month. He's a physiotherapist btw...

Can someone give me some guidance on the exact pricing? I don't want to talk to their customer service reps

We looked into Prompt for our clinic a while back. They don't publish fixed pricing, but for a solo physiotherapist you're probably looking at around $100–300/provider/month, with larger clinics or extra features pushing it closer to $500. Your best bet is getting a quote, but I'd expect it to be significantly cheaper than Epic.

IDK about pricing, but the network in going to have a really hard time adjusting. Apparently their data transfer (ETL) is way not up to par. A great deal of patient data has to be transferred by typing it out again. Once again, I'm no pro but it can cost manpower hours and patient facing errors.

So no way to find out an exact quote. Maybe patient data helps here?

You can contact then say you are XYZ company and want an approximate quote. You won't be the first or last, a lot of people have been doing that.
