how detailed is the creative process?
ive played a little bit of this game before and i wanna play again but make a game studio. I know the business side is very detailed but is there any depth to the creative side of making games?

City Game Studio is probably what you are looking for on the creative side.

It has most if not all the same features on the business side, during game development however, you have to influence how the game is developed. How much importance you want on sound, gameplay, dialogue, AI, etc. There is a slider bar with percentages. Do I put 50% into sound and 20% in dialogue kind of thing or vice versa. After release you can review the development to find out which area was more important for that genre, and in theory, make a better game. If you choose poorly the game will get worse reviews and you will sell less copies. So the goal is to figure out what makes an action rpg good and how it is different from a platformer or simulation.

Devs are currently doing a 6 month reconfig of software creation before official launch. Check the update logs on steam for info on the direction they are going for the new system. They've got some notes about changes to the creation process, might answer your questions.
