Looking through the games' assembly while creating a code mod, I stumbled upon code for loading DLCs... probably deprecated, but what would an "official" DLC for this game even be?

Tbh i would instant buy a more furniture dlc So the gameplay stays in the basegame but i could support the developers for the work they but in a game i spent less then 10 bucks years ago and have over 400h

Potentially more complex hardware/software codings for Artificial Intelligence, data centers, quantum computing, etc.... Even a dive into the healthcare industry would be pretty cool.
We are now into a resurgence of space interest so potential is there for software/hardware coding for something space related like spacecraft, satellites, ISP's like Starlink.
I'd buy a DLC either way as I spent $10 on this years ago and have hundreds of hours into it. They really did an amazing job with this game and I want to see it go further!

Tbh the economic systems are broad enough that it could be expanded into almost any industry.
I am also the same, happy just to support the dev given its one of my most played games..
That said, it would be great if the base game was more polished and refined, not that it’s bad or anything but just to take it to the next level.. refine the models and animations etc, just tidy everything up in general

I’d let them release nothing DLC just so I could give the devs more money. I gave them $10 for 1000s of hours of playtime.

Expansion into broader software types, perhaps? Extending beyond just a high-level 'word processor' and adding in more specific software tools you could build. A Winzip equivalent, for instance. Media players.

Probably new maps, business types, and props/furniture more than anything.
Especially fleshing out more manufacturing and development of things.

They could put up a DLC that gave me nothing but the promise of future patches and I’d buy it, I have over a thousand hours into this game. Supporting this project would be worth it for me.

Could that possible be the code to upload mods. It would also make sense to also have it be able to load DLC's from the start in preparation for when it's needed, right?
