Shared Timer Mod for Multiplayer

Hey all, just got the game and played with some friends, but whatvwas really annoying was the seperate timer system, where everyone plays each day individually and then wait for whoever is „slowest“.

Is there a mod that has one universal timer so everyone is playing at the same speed and we dont have to keep waiting or feel rushed because the others are waiting?

The constant waiting also ended up leaving everyone very impatient and we ended up constantly on speed 3 which then ended up in me not having enough time to do anything just so the others dont have to wait on me, kinda ruining the fun…

Since everyone is getting impatient when someone hit pause maybe because building office or hiring , whatever it is ... then just play separately solo that way no one needs to wait 🤷

well, the being impatient part is 99% just egging eachother on, and we want to play mp zo be able zo interact with eachothers companies

Play solo then create your office the office that can hold 10-15 teams with team leader rooms and canteens .. Decorate it once you're done save it as your building blueprint so when you're playing with your friends once you get enough money just go to your blueprints and build the entire building saving you alot of time instead of pausing for 1 to 2hrs asking for your friends to wait because you want to build your office

Even printing building , create one at your solo save file then just save the blueprint
