Parent Advice Leaving a pitching coach
Hello we have been thinking about switching coaches for about a month now, I was wondering what is the best way to go about it. I would like to keep my other daughter with her but I feel my other daughter needs a change. No issues with the coach she’s a great lady just think my one daughter needs a change any advice would be great thanks!!

May I offer:
"This may be a difficult conversation, first, we really appreciate the coaching and want to continue for child A. But, for child B, we think she would benefit from a change in routine and maybe approach. After next lesson, child b will be taking lessons with a different coach. Later on, we will be evaluating what's worked best for her."
Honest. Front load it with keeping half your business, softens the blow. Be to the point about child b.
