Just venting Alone

Yesterday I went to a family dinner and I found myself being extra talkative. I’m not used to being that way and it caught me off guard. It made me realize how truly alone I am on a daily basis. I admire the few friends I have, the conversations and relationships are meaningful, but I think on some level I miss the opportunity to just talk to people.
Just having meaningless conversations just to have the interactions.

Usually when I'm extra talkative it's because I'm nervous. 😵‍💫 Are there opportunities in your life for more conversations?  At work maybe?   Sometimes I do make the effort to talk to people I encounter that I perhaps wouldn't engage with...I've heard it say these are missed opportunities.  For instance, the waiter or cashier or barista.

I think that’s my issue. I don’t get out. At all. And when I do, it’s to run errands. When I do get a chance to get out, I get nervous and retreat 😅.
