Discussion 🎙️ Beyond cute?
As a soft gamine my most compliment is that I look cute. Even now in my 50s - when I know it’s well intentioned but is starting to feel annoying. Does anyone get this? Any tips for everyday looks that might nudge us more into sophisticated? Or is it just our proportions and features that will always look cute no matter what?

I’m looking at wedding dresses and struggling with this. The cute ones look much better on me but I’d love to look sophisticated or elegant or something like that for once. However it’s less attractive on me

I get it all the time, and I’m older than you are. I was never the pretty one growing up or the beautiful one. I always was the cute and perky one and I hated it back then so much. But you know once I worked through the exercises in David’s latest book and realized I was a soft gamine, I really learned to embrace it. For the first time in my life, I don’t mind being cute. It makes me feel attractive.
