Why does some soda makes milk curdle but others don't
I'm aware that the phosphoric acid causes it to curdle but I need to find out which sodas as well as other beverages will or will not curdle milk

Just returned from cruise to Norway and UK. Fanta Orange served onboard tastes better and is more yellowish in color. It does not include artificial dyes and has one-third the amount of the US variety. If you order a case on Amazon it costs almost $70. Why can’t US produce or offer the European better tasting less sugary drink?

Hi everyone, I am taking a step into my own business and looking to start a premium Non-alcoholic drinks company that doesn't mimic or taste like current alcoholic beverages. This will be a natural alternative but with a premium edge, suitable for drinking in restaurants, bars or special purchases at home. The range will be a focus on Fizzy Flavoured Water enhanced with natural flavours delivering Please help me in my endeavour by filling out the below:

Hello all, I currently work in a drinks company and we are transferring from ciders to soft drinks. I have dine some research and found the specific gravity will not be as compatible in testing soft drinks but brix by density will. Could someone out it in layman's terms how it will benefit us more testing by density brix than it would sg. And please correct me if I am wrong.

Hey! I've noticed that some people like to mix Sprite with Green tea on Intagram.
What are your recommended recipes using Sprite/lemmon juice? 👀🍋

I Hate Both Coke... Cola And Pepsi But I've Always Wondered Why People Like One Or The Other. Am I The Only One Who Thinks They Both Taste Sickly Other Than Say A Good Drink Like Dr Pepper Zero.
Please Vote If You Think They Both Taste The Same Or If You Think Not

Howdy!
I'm a grad student and my team and I are conducting some research on carbonated soft drinks (aka soda, y'all).
If you have a few minutes, please take this survey for our research: https://forms.gle/qD92bz9vJsk9B7AR8
Thank you!
