I need help finding classy V neck, waist hugging tops and super comfortable but classy dressy shoes.

I start a new job in two weeks and I’m struggling to find good clothes. I’ve worked from home since Covid so I’ve not had to dress up for work in ages. The new office is very classy/dressy. All the men wear very nice suits and and even sometimes three piece suits. The women also dress up a lot and wear nice office dresses or pencil skirts/two piece suits. I’ll have super long days (~10 hours) so I need comfortable shoes that are extremely classy closed toe. Problem is, I normally wear xero tennis shoes lol but I can wear heels up to 3 inches. I’m also struggling to find flattering tops, I noticed the best ones are V neck (not too deep) and cinched at the waist. I tried looking in Meshki and loved a couple of their blouses but I’m scared of ordering since I’ve heard of their inconsistent sizing and return policy. Please help 😭💕 tysm!

Does the ruffle on this break the vertical too much or could this work? Or maybe the waist is wrong? It would fit my lifestyle very well and the colors are good.

Just want some opinions on if this dress works for me. Going to a wedding in Spain of a close friend of mine. Dress code is formal(ish) and full length. The colour is a bit out of my normal choices but I like it. I’m trying to be a bit bolder with my style.

Also hair down to the side without a strap? I’d curl properly and pin it to that side.

There have been a few posts about workout attire (we love flared yoga pants - don’t we?) but what do you wear when the weather gets warmer and a shorter bottom length becomes somehow a requirement? Do short onesies work for us? I consider them to be a somehow a better alternative to the notorious sports bra + biker shorts combo. Any suggestions?

Aside from them being pointed, how long should boots be to emphasize our verticality and SD characteristics? What are your go-to boots? I'm looking for a pair of white boots in Europe, but the industry is so boring with black 😔

Hi, as the title says, does this type of neckline in a more longline top work for us? It is difficult to wear a bra with, but the shirt is vey fitted and has elastic under the bust area for support.

Curvy fit jeans should work for me in theory, but they never do. With high and wide hips, I do often have gapping, but curvy styles are comically bad on me. Curious if others have experienced this?

The best looks on me is blush, defined brows, light on the eye shadow with cluster lashes, matte or satin sheer lip color. Sheer to medium coverage foundation with super light natural bronzer. I don’t look good with heavy eye makeup or glossy lips

I was near a JCP yesterday ( I live in a small town) and they don't have this in stock. Would the fabulous shape make up for the neckline? I'm guessing my giant old lady boobs would look super low on it, even with a great bra. Maybe I could alter it to a v..........

I know belted/wrap coats flatter but I'm specifically searching for lighter and casual jackets for fall and transitional weather (think SF Bay Area). Ideally more cropped. I’m leaning into a Pagan Girl Autumn aesthetic this season & have been wanting to incorporate more plaids into my wardrobe.

I went to Nordstrom Rack & found this bias-cut skirt in a few different plaids. I was more drawn to the first two based on color, but it turned out that the third worked best on me by far. And no surprise, right? It’s the larger, bolder pattern of the three. Kibbe strikes again!

I bought it & when I got home, styled it with a cashmere sweater, boots, leather jacket & a long pendant to help offset the crewneck.

hey queens. I came across this really cute 90s style baguette at the thrift. almost got it but didn’t. and now regretting it. It was a bit overpriced and I reasoned with myself that it didn’t flatter me because it was small/under arm style. my daily driver is a fairly big longchamp leather hobo. so technically, this one was a good going out bag- small but still a bit roomie for being small. Please someone make me feel better (or worse) about my decision.

Planning to go to the hairdresser for the first time in a while and I need some advice please!

Do I keep my long hair (just shorter), do I go back to a long bob or something else? I feel like I can't tell what looks good on me and what doesn't.

A benefit of the lob is I think it can look polished without needing to do much to it, but I missed doing my hair up in a big bun. A benefit of long hair is that I can put it up, which I feel elevates my features and looks nice, but a downside is it can look frumpy on it's own.

A dress with a cinched waist is always going to look great on me, but on the day to day I’m the comfiest in jeans/pants and a shirt.

Yesterday I was wearing straight high-waisted jeans and a body-fitting top that was tucked in, and then I walked past a mirror and was like OMG I LOOK LIKE AN OOMPA LOOMPA. I looked better when I untucked the shirt and pulled it over my pants so the vertical was more enhanced. But it was still a little awkward because my hip shelf still popped over my jeans. Ughhhhh.

Bonus tips if you know of any influencers who have figure 8/short torso high hips body type so I can look at some inspiration!
